How we plan your perfect birthday party
If you choose us as your Birthday Party Planner, this is how it works…
- INITIAL NO-OBLIGATION CHAT – Our founder Kathryn will arrange an initial discussion with you, with no pressure or obligation. At this point, we offer creative and practical advice and a rough guide to costs.
- YOU SAY YES! If you agree to move forward we can then firm up your birthday party plans with a theme, activities, costs, and a top-level plan.
- CONTRACT – Once you have committed to our services, we create a contract, take a deposit and draw up a detailed plan. You will not pay more than the agreed amount, and terms and conditions will be clear and upfront. Additional items, as agreed, will be charged separately.
- YOU SIT BACK AND AWAIT THE DAY – then we do most of the work to get your party ready for its showcase. You can be involved as much as you like, we are flexible.
