How we plan your perfect birthday party
If you choose us as your Birthday Party Planner, this is how it works…
1. Inital Chat
Our founder Kathryn will arrange an initial discussion with you, with no pressure or obligation.
At this point, we offer creative and practical advice and a rough guide to costs.
2. You Say Yes!
If you agree to move forward we can then firm up your birthday party plans with a theme, activities, costs, and a top-level plan.
3. Contract and Plan
Once you have committed to our services, we create a contract, take a deposit and draw up a detailed plan.
You will not pay more than the agreed amount, and terms and conditions will be clear and upfront. Additional items, as agreed, will be charged separately.
4. Sit Back & Relax
We do most of the work to get your party ready for its showcase.
You can be involved as much as you like, we are flexible.
